Digital Skills for Employability Program
Innovating for Employment: Connecting Youth Talent with Opportunity
The Digital Skills for Employability (DSE) Program is a transformative initiative that equips Rwandan youth with digital, entrepreneurship, and employability skills needed to succeed in the digital economy. Led by DOT Rwanda in partnership with CLA-Intango Technical Secondary School (TSS), Igire Rwanda Organization (IRO), Knowledge Lab (kLab), and SOLVIT Africa, the program empowers young women, rural youth, refugees, and persons with disabilities to access dignified and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
Advanced Digital Skills for Digital Jobs Pathway: This pathway prepares youth for employment in the ICT sector through intermediate and advanced technical training in areas such as software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, cloud computing, UI/UX design,
artificial intelligence, and digital productivity tools. Participants also benefit from internships, apprenticeships, mentorship, and employer engagement opportunities that facilitate their transition into the workforce.
